Typically when they wash out like they did with OBCI somebody is testing it or knows something, or perhaps it is a share buyback and a mm brought it down those 2-3 times in the .40's looking to wipe out weak holders.

Or it is just normal market action in a micro float.

I remember the run into $6.00 quite well.
