Maxwell I had thought the float commonfloat will be 7 million common shares. then GE bought preffered shares 2 or 3 mill.. when they bought back the high field technology agreement they had with ANMR they then invested in the new Company I think 2 mill preffered shares.
the price of the stock will be around 2.10 to 2.50 but probably higher because Faulkner grand opening will get press on the 28th of the month.
Your assesment is essentially correct. Take or average in your position and over time we may do allright.
ANMR will operate the Faulkner center in partnership with it and will
benefit from revenue there. Same thing will occur in other places as they sell the revenue sharing programs to other specialty breast clinics around the world. They have the opportunity to sell systems outright with maintenance and upgrades.. or sell revenue sharing partnerships with depriciation and revenue partaking with the clinics.
There are a lot of long term investors out there and I wish them and us well going forward.

You understand they are in a multisite study design to show the FDA they meet the minimum xray standards as they apply to xray machines then their idea is to also show the FDA they meet much higher standards than merely xrays... So at the very least they want legitimacy in the diagnostic world and in the reimbursement world of medicaid and medicare and private insurances.. and they want to set an MRI standard wich is higher than xrays.
