Not surprised at all! I was hoping that this would get out in the open. Haven't heard a peep of this anywhere else. But then again why would we?

Seems to me Wall St. and Washington have now been joined by Harvard and the likes. Main Street doesn't have a chance.

As Ken Lewis of BOA and other TARP recepients have said ,"I hope to pay back the TARP money when we can." Imagine if all borrowers from said banks said that to them.<g>
