Rumor making the rounds that Barclay's is going to make good on the 30 million shares they owe ESLR . Last I heard the ESLR suit comes up in court later in April. I bought a small position last week, just to get a little skin in the game. Watching it on Level II there were a couple of big players picking up fairly sizeable blocks. Don't know who. Could have been Barclay picking up shares in advance of announcement. That and three bucks will get you a mocha latte whoopee at Joe's Java Joint... or a lapdance at that place where Sioux goes...
