Really? What about last year? Between TARP, the stimulus, the war and the official deficit it has to be more than $1 trillion.

Fair enough. The emergency spending in the last month or two of his presidency put him over for a single year of his eight.

He was also running two wars, dealt handily with Katrina, dealt with the tremendous economic blow of 9/11, and managed to have a great economy for 7.75 years of his presidency in spite of it all with substantial tax cuts.

So, he had one year when you can legitimately claim a trillion dollar budget.

These fools you voted in are looking at a trillion a year or more for ten straight years.
