So the big turd you want to polish is fake ID's.

OK - let's assume they have great fake ID - who makes the call that it's fake?

The dealer is not equipped to make that call - and apparently, because you think this is happening, neither can the Government as NICS gives the proceed.

PS: It's easier and cheaper to get real ID from the State.
