Reason why PE seem so Low.

Art,
The sale of the defense section of TI for 2.95 Billion is included
in the earnings. So take 2.95 Bilion/# of outstanding shares and
add that to your current earning per share and it should get you
close to that 11.3 PE.

I beleive all this info is public knowledge.
