Well I'm a failed artist. I've always been against money for the arts too, much to the chagrin of my art buddies. He he. I piss everyone off. Obama SUGGESTS the budget. Congress approves a budget. The idea that either party is going to cut their own pork is naive. The idea that Obama has any power over that pork is not credible. We all know what would be power. Being able to redline pork. That idea has been around during Republican and Democratic admins and congresses but doesn't have a rats chance of passing. I don't see any Repubs cutting the budgets for bureaucracies that live off prohibition or prostitution or cutting subsidies or or or...
