Thanks Jerry K. for the reference here. Doing some DD on this one. Has anyone asked about S reg shares??? Does FAMH have any S reg shares??? Also, has anyone done any DD into the two persons referenced in the press release, ie Ira and the other person?? Do they have any skeletons in their closets???? Thanks!!!! GG
