The "fact" is, I just renewed my license at the DMV in like 15 minutes. Could've done it by mail if I'd wanted to. I do wish, that the office were a lot easier to get to (the elevator is always packed and slow), but that's the fault of the private ownership of the building. The only time I've ever had a problem with the DMV was due to a private insurance company. -Z
