You need to study tax law. This is not tax evasion. All these places under their tax laws allow the subsidiary to be taxed only on the profits in the jurisdiction where the profits are generated unlike the US which has a universal tax law. So to lower ones tax rate which is perfectly legal you incorporate in areas which have sensible tax laws. This is not evasion but tax planning and every corporation does it.
