<Forty-five to 50c fully diluted.>

In other words, you decline to address the fact that the "fully diluted" share count you provided is full of crap, as I showed.

It's the standard IFCI p.r. shuffle: don't even provide the fully diluted information in the press releases, and then play fast and loose with share count in providing "forecasts."

In other words, treat the public like idiots. Of course, given the comments from some of the longs in here, maybe IFCI's p.r. people have a point.

I'm using the numbers straight out of the SEC filings and the press releases about the IFCI acquisitions ... assuming they are ever completed.

I would assume that Liviakis will do his damnedest to keep the stock inflated long enough to bail out in Jan. But it could be tough to pull off. As the margin calls start coming in, IFCI will crack, and then say bye-bye to the momentum touts. Check out MSON, by way of example.
