Myron, nice thread. I follow the IBD 99's (actually, the entire 90's under $12). I've found some good ones doing this: SPIR, SOCR, NTSC.

Following Friday's close, these five looked good:

IDM Environment IDMC 99/A
7 1/2 +3/8

National Record Mart NRMI 99/A
4 1/8 +1/8

Noise Cancellation NCTI 99/A
1 9/16 +3/32

NCTI is recently backing off its high of 2 and may be gearing up for another run.

PDS Financial PDSF 99/A
8 1/4 +1/2 (NH)

PDSF leases gaming equipment and fixtures to casinos and has a very small float.

and the 56/Jim Strauss favorite RECY 99/A
6 1/4 +19/32

Worth notings is that these 99's went up on a pretty bad day for NASDAQ.

Two others that are worth mentioning:

Bioject Medical BJCT 97/A
1 21/32 +1/4 (NH)

BJCT designs, manufatures and markets a jet injection system for needle free drug delivery. It made its new high on about 8x 3 month average volume.

and

Health Power HPWR 97/A
9 1/4 +1 1/4

Last time HPWR announced earnings, their stock tripled (small float), then backed off. It's moving up in anticipation of earnings again.
