I'm very pleased overall. The Epi Dot holds tune beautifully. There are a number of minor annoyances - e.g. the epi E emblem on the pick guard is a little cheap looking and not well attached. I'm debating on whether I will remove it or just let it eventually fall off on its own. But musically, .... fantastic. I'd give it a very high value, tone and playability rating. For what I paid, it is a great sounding instrument and I'm very happy. The tone and balance on the pickups is great. Sounds are clean. Great step up from my $150 guitars.
