BKH looks somewhat interesting. I don't know how to value utilities though. :( On one hand, they almost always survive since regulators allow the increase in prices to keep them going. On the other hand, regulators can screw them up badly. Also, what's their power plant mix? All the talk that coal plants gonna get whacked is a bit of an issue.
