Cary, thanks for your help and valuable insight. Someone told me that svgi may have some technology that amat lacks. Is this true? If so what are the possibilites here? To all: feel free to chime in on the above question. Also, anything to say about Varian, and Watkins Johnson? And does Coherent Inc. have a semiconductor unit? Thanks to all for your help. regards
