That does not prove that AMD was aware of and sanctioned his actions.

So now you've come around to agreeing that if there is no evidence that a company was aware of and sanctioned the actions, there is no company blame?

I haven't "come around" to anything... The problem here is that you're equating the FBI prosecutors saying that there is no evidence in the espionage case, with your own ignorance of what evidence exists in the antitrust case. I.e. your wishful thinking.

Your "Intel is evil" world view is beginning to crumble. You're starting to get it.
