Bloomberg knows how over taxed the untaxed are who live in NY. They just dont pay federal income tax but they do pay fica/medicare (14%), nys income, nyc inc, sales (almost 9% in NYC), not to mention mass transit and health care which i now count as taxes too. The old terms are all bull shit. Open your eyes Ten. Truth is tough to take but living with your head up your arse like INODE is not the answer.
