What we have determined is we have to raise more money from strapped middle classes as well. By the weay NYS will impose higher rates on rich to pay for mass transit which was going up 25% per ride.

Too bad the mass transit (MTA) is not a private company. It would be facing bankruptcy, just like GM is. MTA would get a chance to get rid of its own toxic assets in the bankruptcy court - its unions.
