It can't be the old Washington republican politicians like Boehner, McConnell et al. They have been part of the big government, big deficit building problem. Everything they say about reducing spending sounds totally phoney after their years of going the other way.

My guess is that someone could come out of the private sector. Someone who has built his or her own fortune, hired a lot of people along the way and created opportunities. That person could speak to all of this with real conviction.

But I don't see that person yet...
