No competition. The tech is all theirs'. The 10q and 10k will give you info. Actv"s ipo was in 1990. $8 high. I paid $4 in 96. They have spent around 50mil on the system, have 13 or more patents, and have a contract wih News Corp {Fox} till 2003. All you need is the digital box. My opinion, we will have a 50% + gain by year end. Good luck, Art
