For juniors, one has to look at MDN's financials and recent buyback announcement. With Barrick operating their S.African mine, they have a 30% annuity on increasing production. No debt of significance, very good looking reserves and properties and last quarter profitability, the stars are aligned for MDN. Do your own DD.

Also, MTO is now profitable and has just completed a successful share offering reaping $12M for upgrading the mine at Bachelor. With one mill (replacement value = 3 x current market value of the shares) already producing, no debt and increasing projected revenues near term going forward, all looks good.

Summary: Both MDN and MTO are now profitable (i.e. selling production) and have little or no long term debt. Not many out their with these 2 very important characteristics.
