It doesn't seem that Libya, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia or any combination of them is going to do much other than what they have done in the past. Meanwhile, they have got a LOT of young blokes with exaggerated expectations thanks for the high price of oil and their ideology.

Nor does Russia seem likely to other than try to keep things together at home. Foreign adventures seem out of the question.

Even with a few $trillion down the gurgler, that leaves the USA with more than enough to be going on with.
