You're spouting nonsense. AMD didn't create contracts to steal information, while Intel created contracts to extort damages against AMD through tortious third party interference.

Elmer is holding his breath waiting for Intel to prove that these contracts (that don't exist) are all the product of a rogue employee and were in no way sanctioned by Intel Upper Management.

You have no evidence it wasn't.
