AMD now seeks to require Toshiba to conduct duplicative searches because AMD has failed to unearth the smoking gun it desperately seeks from Toshiba and the dozens of other customers it has attempted to subpoena.

Which came first: Toshiba dropping AMD, or AMD's lawsuit alleging Toshiba dropped AMD at Intel's behest?
