(What does the EU sending $75 Billion now to the IMF have to do with the already previously announced EU-specific 50 Billion Euro financial rescue program for Eastern Europe?) They are two completely different programs, right? (Here... I just noticed an article in the WSJ today quoting Chancellor Angela Merkel of Germany talking about the EUR50 Billion program, the "stimulus in February": online.wsj.com ) Am still curious though, Baldie... what is your "Not" about? Did you just mix up the two different programs, the EU appropriation and the IMF's funding?
