You are welcome. I enjoy "digging into things", but I seldom have the luxury of free time. I still have a few more things I wish to post this weekend, between normal home stuff, normal stuff for work, and trick-or-treaters. Just treated a whole herd of them, in fact.
But here's another point of interest for you. I'm sure you will recall the concern which has been reemphasized several times regarding AGTI management and the salaries being paid to Mr. Silzer and Mr. Lakhani. Well, that's one of the details I chose to "dig into". And I'm glad I did. I had noticed some notations in the proxy statement regarding deferred income for both gentlemen. I inquired about this and discovered that both have voluntarily deferred significant levels of personal income, both last year and this. How many people would do that, for the good of the company?
Not many that I know. These guys seem very committed to the company's success, even at the expense of their own immediate wellbeing. I am also aware of other sacrifices which have been, and continue to be made by both Mr. Silzer and Mr. Lakhani. But I already disclosed the above without gaining their permission, an indiscretion I hope they understand, so I won't disclose more.
If it is true, as has been suggested, that AGTI reads this thread, then Messrs. Silzer/Lakhani: please forgive my indiscretion. Sometimes it's easier to ask forgiveness than to ask permission. And if you ARE reading this, I wish my share values were a lot higher. I have every confidence this expectation will be realized and I have placed my money and my trust in you to achieve just that. I appreciate your hard work, your sacrifices and your successes to date.
