Once again, many thanks for the thoughful response. And it is interesting that you should mention the local banks as a way of participating in your booming local economy as I have recently been turning my attention toward the financial services/banking sector as a way to move away from some of the extraordinary risk/uncertainty of the drilling/oil services sector. I will investigate the bank stocks you mention further.
