I too believe that internet telephony will be big business before too long and have been keeping an eye out for other burgeoning plays.
A few that haven't been picked up by the investment community at large yet are OZEMY ETEL and a small but interesting company DGIV on the nasd BB.
Of these 3 OZEMY may be the least speculative. Ozemail is by some measure the largest isp in Australia-New Zealand but since early this year has been moving ahead with its internet gateway service. They have already partnered with Metro AG to offer internet telephony in Europe, with Concentric CNCX in the USA and most recently have begun offering their service in Hong Kong all this in addition to covering the Australian continent. The company also says they are negotiating deals to expand into Japan and other parts of the Asian market. OZEMY went public last year at 11 or so and moved lower to 7 out of what might be called benign neglect-then jumped to 12 last quarter when out of the blue they reported .61 for the quarter. It's trading near 12 now. From my pov its a free shot at what cnet called last week one of the companys with a chance to be a 'next gen internet telco'- that is the isp is profitable now and arguably justifies its current price-so the internet telephony end is a free swing

A second play ETEL has been running up of late-a recent ipo at 5 it fell to the 3s. Their gateway product is supposedly getting some notice in the trade magazines- though i haven't personally seen the press. Volume is building and fri it jumped 1 1/2 into the 10s before settling back to 9 x 5/8
ETEL also has warrants exercisable at 5 1/4 until 2002 -ETELW.

And finally DGIV -also a recent ipo-also another gateway product-recently announced a deal with VOXW- and has applied for a nasd small cap listing based on their $4M assets.DGIV trades near 1 1/2
The newswire stories on these 3 at yahoo make interesting reading and will help flesh out an understanding of their prospects.

BTW -grand idea this thread Atin- just thought i'd contribute a few sleepers that some may be interested in
