Well, it was hellaciously bad misconduct. The withheld notes were critical to the defense and were required to be disclosed. It is impossible to know what, if any, conviction would have been returned if all the evidence had been known, argued by counsel, and the considered by the jury.

You note there were some "recent discoveries" by the new AG.....so I suspect there might be even more crud in those files that nobody wants seen. So, drop it, go home.....hope it all goes away.
