insiders sold at $36. If you click on the # of filings (sellers) (6) which is underlined it'll take you to the next screen which indicates the names of the sellers and the number of shares each sold at the price ($36). This was the secondary wherein the insiders sold their shares, not additional selling so far as I can tell. Dee Jay
