LOL! Baldie, you sent a white paper FROM April 1988 (over 20 years ago!) that even then cautioned that the tentative conclusions might not hold up with ever-larger deficits! It's right there in the intro! ideas.repec.org (So, color me 'not yet convinced that deficits are always great for equity markets!)
