Good question without a satisfactory answer. After I decided to purchase the software I was so convinced by the salesman that it was the leader in the field that I went out and bought some. It was not until after I had worked with the software for a while that I learned of the problems and I was told that upgrades etc. would be coming which correct the problem du jour. I can tell you I have not purchased any more of this stock since I have started discovering them and, more troubling, reporting them with no good responses. I bought after it dropped from the $21 (US) range to the $13 range and at its present price, I keep thinking it has no place to go than up. I do hope that I can break even and if it gets anywhere near $13, then I will sell. Otherwise, I think they are close to an outstanding product that can lead the market or might be a viable takeover, so I'm sitting tight at this level instead of accumulating. See--I told you --no good answer.
