I've noticed Obama referring to the PM as "Gordon".

Perhaps that is typical, I don't know -- but I thought the protocol was to refer to him by title.

I don't think I've ever heard Tony Blair or Gordon or anyone refer to the president as "George" or "Barack".

I may be just hypersensitive to what I think is undue informality on the part of Boy President.
