One important item that came out of this call was the FBI and most all Government contracts are 'IDIQ' contracts, meaning 'Indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity'. That gives the FBI a free hand in getting the work done when they want it done. But it also makes it difficult for Cyios to predict where the numbers will come in...hence the wide guidance of .15 to .21 or total revenue. I called Rockport after the CC ...They will put out report from the call. They also mentioned that as a result of the call some financial/funds are looking to buy in, possibly in a big way.....Tomorrow? ,,time will tell
