re: G-20 Riots & French Hostage Taking at Caterpillar Offices...

"When people lose everything...
And have nothing more to lose...
They will lose it."

-- Futurist, Gerald Celente

Remember that quote, because it will come back to haunt
all of us.

I've mentioned a few times, a study which predicts with
complete certainty, that we will see mass protests, and
violence in the streets of America, by the end of 2009,
early 2010.

Those protests and that violence will occur as 2, or 3 more
unemployment cycles run dry. And as millions of working
middle class Americans, run out of cash, and become homeless.

And as Governments run out of money, because it's already
been given as bailouts to the Bankers, and as stimulus that
did not create jobs, only bigger government.

They key concept here, is "Working Middle Class Americans."

The face of homelessness in America has now changed.

It's no longer a dirty face.

They're not bums, or vagrants.

They're not illegal immigrants.

They've never been on welfare.

They're not crack addicts.

And they're not alcoholics.

In fact, they look very much like you.

They could be your neighbor.

Your former co-worker.

Your brother in-law.

And that's the tragedy of it all. These people have worked
their entire lives. They didn't speculate on real estate,
and they didn't run up $50,000 on credit cards.

65% of all American's do not have enough "CASH" in the bank,
or savings, to cover more than 2 months of living expenses.

Now I know a lot of people will not have any sympathy for that,
and ask - "why didn't they save?"

Unfortunately for 2/3rds of Americans, saving has been next
to impossible as "real wages" have fallen for the last 20 years.

Less than two months of living expenses as savings is what
inflation, and outsourcing all of our jobs to China, Mexico,
and India will do.

Add to that, the bust of the "technology & IT" bubble of the
late 1990's, and the recent collapse of the "Finance & Real
Estate Bubble" of the mid-2000's.

For many families, savings was a luxury they couldn't afford
as the costs for energy, food, housing, and health care
exploded... while real wages, and jobs collapsed.

America was sold a line of BS when they were told that
manufacturing jobs didn't matter, because this was the
new information age!

And now millions of honest, hard working Americans have
ended up like this...

latimes.com

"Pattie Barnes, 47, who had her motor home towed away last week,
shook with anger. "They are tagging us because we are homeless,"
she said, staring at her orange wristband. "It feels like a concentration camp."

California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger just closed "tent
cities" in California where people were camping out in parks,
or sleeping in cars and using public toilet facilities etc.

He's moved them into "fairgrounds" and I can guarantee you
that this will transition to FEMA camps as the numbers grow.

At one camp, the state spent $1 million dollars to set up
50 "beds."

That's $20,000 per "bed" with the "government" getting it's cut.

The same money if paid direct, would pay for 30 months of
apartment rent at $700 a month, and these people wouldn't
be homeless.

The same math as the bankster bailout... they could have
paid off 80% of all US mortgages, eliminating all the toxic
debt, and freed up hundreds of billion of dollars in fresh
discretionary spending.

Obviously I'm not advocating that plan, but just pointing out
the insanity of how much money Big Government steals, wastes,
and otherwise absorbs out of our TAXPAYER funds.

In virtually every case... as absurd as it sounds, we would
have been much better off just handing out money to the
people directly, instead of the bankers and the government!

One story reported on the Alex Jones radio show, was about
a white collar sales manager who lost his job and his home,
but who was living in his Winnebago. His mistake? He let his
insurance expire because he didn't have the money to pay it.

He wasn't driving the motorhome, just camping out in it.

But Police confiscated his Winnebago, all his personal possessions
inside, including his computers, his clothes, DVD players,
and his remaining personal possessions.

And then they left his standing on the side of the road,
as they towed his Motorhome away.

The police are also "tagging" the homeless and making people
wear color-coded bracelets. How far away will RFID chips, or
tattoo's like the concentration camps of Germany be?

Authorities are also starting to seize pets, which in many cases
is the only thing these people have left.

They are literally stealing their possessions, their dignity,
and their humanity.

Child/Human Services are also starting to interview and take
children from these formerly working middle class people,
now homeless.

America is now a country where if you become poor, or homeless,
you lose your children to big brother.

Once properly color coded and wrist banded at the camps, they
are roused at 5 a.m. and bused into the cities. They are then
required to report back to the bus and driven back ato the
camps at 3 p.m., where they are wand scanned entering and
leaving, and forced to always wear their color coded bracelets.

And people wonder why they just passed a bill to build "MORE"
FEMA camps?

But of course those FEMA camps don't exist...

Just like Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity among others, said
for years - that the Bilderberger Group and the Council of
Foreign Relations didn't exist...

How ironic is it, that both Limbaugh & Hannity have just
run stories on Treas. Sec. Tim Geithner getting caught in
a lie about supporting China's call for a new reserve
currency at a speech before the "non-existent" Council on
Foreign Relations?

Yesterday the CFR & the Bilderberg groups didn't exist,
but today they are now part of mainstream news.

Today the FEMA camps don't exist, but tomorrow... they too,
will be mainstream news.

Camps where the Red/Blue lines already exist, as do now, the
color coded bracelets... as does now... Obama's compulsory
service youth brigades, and coming "domestic security force"
that will be as large, as well funded, and as powerful as
the "US Military."

Are the pixels starting to form a picture yet people?

But what about those stimulus jobs you ask?

You mean those "existing government jobs" that Obama saved
(like those 27 graduating Police cadets in Ohio), that he now
wants to count as new jobs?

Those jobs?

Or, the jobs he's going to create for all the Manufactured
Home, Recreational Vehicle, and Auto Suppliers in Elkhart,
Indiana -- the county with America's highest unemployment
rate, and where Obama gave a speech carried on national
television a few weeks ago?

Well let me tell you about "those jobs" since they're in
my backyard, and since I attended that speech.

"ELKHART, Ind. - In this job-starved city where President
Barack Obama last month made a public appeal for his economic
stimulus plan, hundreds of volunteers — and an agency that
specializes in handing out food — worked together Tuesday to
feed 5,200 hungry families (city of 40,000/unemployment rate 18%."

The people in that food line are good people. 99% of them
never dreamed they would one day, be standing in a bread
line.

These are hard working people who did nothing wrong. They
worked their asses off. Most of them were making $50 to
$65,000 per year in manufacturing jobs.

And for every 10-20 assembly line workers who lost
their jobs... there's engineers, office managers, and
IT professionals who lost their jobs too.

And even some of them, are now mere months away from bread lines.

Sadly, there is no alternatives for these people, because
there are no jobs.

And when I say "no jobs"... I mean - NO Jobs.

Not in the heartland of the industrial midwest. Not with the
auto manufacturers and suppliers being shut down left and
right. And not with the construction collapse.

Many of these people are 45, 50, 55 years old. And they are
now going to have to change careers mid-to late in life.

And do you want to know what Obama's stimulus package is
doing for them? You want to hear about all those new jobs
he's going to create?

He's going to re-train them as long term care givers.

Not LPN's and RN's... "care givers."

Fwiw, the local hospitals are laying off nurses, and cutting
back hours. And the stimulus package is not paying for
re-training middle aged displaced workers as LPN's, or RNs.

These people are being retrained for jobs that pay $7 to $9
per hour to clean bed pans in nursing homes.

Jobs that after training at the local community college,
will pay them less than do their current unemployment
benefits.

There's your Hope & Change.

And that's the jobs being created by the stimulus, what
little of it, actually is going to jobs.

From $65k to $7 bucks an hour changing bed pans.

That's what's left after bankers crashed the American
economy, and sucked it dry with a derivatives ponzi scheme.

Don't let the politicians and the bankers blame these people,
or tell you - it's your fault, because you bought too many
X-Boxes, or Plasma T.V.'s.

That's bullshit.

And don't let them tell you it's a "Sub-Prime Crisis,"
because that's bullshit too.

95% of all mortgages in America are being paid on time.

Neither subprime loans to unworthy borrowers, or speculators
who were flipping condo's in Miami, or bidding up McMansions
in San Diego caused the collapse of the global financial system.

This isn't a subprime crisis, and it's not a housing crisis.

"It's a DERIVATIVES crisis - period."

And there's only two sub-sets of people to blame...

Banksters and Politicians.

Not you, not the Big 3 of Detroit, not the RV workers in
Elkhart Indiana, and not the "new homeless" in California.

They didn't get Glass Steagal repealed.

They didn't lobby for the SEC to let Goldman Sach's
and the Wall Street Investment Banks, self-regulate,
and raise leverage limits.

They didn't tell Alan Greenspan to cut rates to 1% and
inflate the money supply so banksters could speculate
with derivatives and suck out hundreds of billions of
dollars in ill-gotten gains, from non-existant profits,
all done with Enron-style accounting.

They didn't stuff the pockets of Barney Frank, and Chris Dodd
with campaign contributions to let Fannie & Freddie become a
toxic waste dump for Countrywide & WAMU, or to let AIG and
Joe Cassano's con men in London create paper ponzi schemes.

And they didn't run oil to $147 per barrel using 30:1 leverage.

But, we know who did.

But knowing, isn't going to be enough.

Because they're not done looting America yet.

They're not happy with just 1/2 of your 401K, or 40% of
the value of your home, or 10% of your neighbors jobs.

They're following a script, and that script requires you
to beg them... for the solution they already have waiting
in the wings.

And they won't stop until the FDIC, the PBGC, State Pension
Funds, and the Social Security System are all bone dry, and
people like you, are standing in those bread lines.

They will only stop... if, and when - you stop them.
