Does anyone have any thoughts now concerning UK Biotechs. They seem to have lost favor (and favour!) Below is a post I just made elsewhere wrt PPL, but I'd welcome any thoughts on any company.

Anyone there?.. I notice that PPL is at their 52 week low. Ie below their price before the furore over Dolly. I also read somewhere that British Biotech (the sector, not just the particular company) is in the doldrums after a couple clinical flops, and I think that a drug against cystic fibrosis was one of the flops.

PPL was working on cystic fibrosis. Were they involved in the flop? If so, that would explain the price. Or, are they suffering from a general malaise of their sector?
