No, Geneat, I'm not insulted by anything you say. The philosophy on man aside, I'm not insulting you or anyone. I am also not concerned about insulting anyone since this is not my aim.

You are making humorous attempts to characterize or catagorize me as not being able to see past the calculator. See, now I'm laughing at (with?) you as I type. I certainly speculated when I took a core position in aipn. I, like you, speculated that there might be something that will make this a worthwhile investment. I invest in high risk cos frequently. I also will at any time put any given investment under the scope. I've chosen to do this with aipn and I'll continue to do so.

I am also capable of wild flights of imagination that completely ignore stringent scientific modalities. But you are not indicating to me that you are well versed in what science is all about. It is about the imagination, searching for unkowns, chasing the truths of nature in an attemtp to understand.

You are using technologies in this online discussion that resulted from individuals making leaps of understanding--asking questions that haven't before been answered and finding novel solutions. Do you know the developmental history of the transistor? The IC? How about the CT tube in your monitor?

If your post is indeed your understanding of the role that science plays, attempted dialogue on the subject is useless.

But why does it bother you, or anyone that I ask questions? There is no pressure on you to respond to anything I say. In the future if you want to ignore "that flaky scientist" fine. Do so. I just do not care. If you feel this post is a personal attack on you, feel that way, I don't care.

You have shown, however, that at times you result to rude and angry replies to other threadsters. You have insulted others instead of relying on the chosen word. You have not, and cannot, insult me, so don't give it any thought.

I'm a rather crafty investor. I've done better than most, not as good as others. I invest on a degree of speculation. I never invest in biotech/pharmaceutical stocks for the very reason you state--I probably think I know too much and won't be able to see things as a prudent investor. But what I'm doing now is asking questions concerning this investment. I will continue to do it and if it upsets you or anyone I can only say: Too bad.

Also, I take other threadsters comments far less seriously than you do. These threads are to exchange ideas, ask questions, etc. It's not meant to be a back slapping clique of supporters who resent an opposing view.
