That doesn't mean I'm saying the execs in Boeing aren't over paid (or that they are), I don't think that point should rightfully be a political issue. Its an issue between Boeing's execs and its shareholders.

The BOD is supposed to represent the interests of the shareholders. However, that has become a joke as capitalism in the US has become more corrupt. As a consequence, the BOD are not doing their job and tend to reinforce poor mgmt instead of stopping it.

Boeing executives should not be getting any bonuses because they are over a year late getting the 787 into production. Instead, the BOD has approved more bonuses for thosexecs.

American capitalism is broken!
