Ken, There should be no excuse for a biotech company to screw up the filing format. With that said, I still believe the data shows the drug works, however, this will move back at least 6 months for resubmission. My daughter has a position in the stock, and I have suggested last Saturday that she add to her position. Had dinner with her last night, and very timidly I asked her if she had bought more....with relief she said no...but I was going to have to pay for dinner because of my timely buy suggestion. (:>)
