I assume your 30 year refi at 4 5/8 % is for a conforming loan. I wish I could get a similar deal on a jumbo. Mine is 30-year fixed at 6-1/8 % in North Carolina. Does anyone know of any better deals on jumbo loans? All jumbo rates I have seen recently are considerably higher than 6%.
