Gary, I do not know too much about World Vision. But I have talked to them quite a few tinmes getting information on FAMH. They do seem to be straight shooters. So far what I have been told by them appears to be accurate.

I am not sure about Reg S shares. You could call Orville at World Vision. The number is 888-345-6060. Or the number for the main office in New York is 212-269-4777.

Alexander Wescott, the investment banking firm appears to be very well respected.

I have tried to do a lot of searching on FAMH and I have not found any skeletons.

I know some BB companies are not always what they pretend to be. I have been fooled myself by some in the past. But I hope that I have learned from my past mistakes. I now do even more research than I did before. It seems like most of the companies that turn out to be flaky are the ones that have no real sales now. It is always some huge pie in the sky deal that they are trying to put together but they never quite do.

FAMH appears to have a legitimate business with real sales and are in a hot business sector. I have received copies of their financials and what I have seen looks good. With many OTC-BB stocks you can not even get financials.

EVERYONE should do their own research before investing in any stock.

Cheryl
