Stan, I have seen a mindset of apathy by the stockholders of this company, the worse they perform the more protective they become of the management. Defeating the present proxy issues is meaningless unless one of the larger shareholders takes management on. If anyone out there has any ideas, I am willing to lend support. DIVIDED WE FALL !!! ...Sean Rick, From the look of the PR the award was based on a % gain in revenue, multiply nothing a million times you still have nothing. Unless it is CCEE stock then you have a nice performance bonus and the shareholders get the shaft ;-) . ....Sean
