Al, I don't see much reluctance in our government's willingness to meddle in the affairs of the private sector. Instead, I see a government trying to sell the very case for intervention directly to a skeptical public.

That is such an exaggeration...intervention in the financial sector to preserve the very capitalist system you claim is being undermined is not 'marxism'. Some of the banks have begun to pay back the feds...when do you start to think pragmatically?

Of course, the only case study you could point to is FDR, the man that couldn't rescue this nation from the Great Depression yet created the largest entitlement program on Earth.

Why are you making the charge then? When you make your charges of "marxism" you are vastly bastardizing its meaning...for effect maybe?
