I think he plays nice guy and everytime a bill is to be signed he acts as if he must do it right away for failure to act woulod be devastating.

Then of course he takes his time to sign them. He wants us to blame the big bad congress and senate. It is a tri-headed dragon! All three heads need to be removed. The house should be the first to go.
