I submit that you are incapable of contemplating the implications of your own question's premise.Your question is valid and has a valid answer, but you will prove unable to stick with a reasonable definition of "such power", even during the course of a hypothetical discussion.

Why slip into gobbledygook when you were doing just fine?

Elmer, debating you is like trying to nail jello to a wall; you cannot entertain hypotheticals, and you change the subject every other post.

I could answer your question, but rather than address my answer, you'll just (baselessly) deny the question's premise, which is: "If Intel had such power..."

As "such power" is a reference to my previous statement*, and since I'm arguing from AMD's perspective, it can be considered to refer to AMD's stance on Intel's market power.

*[...]implicitly denying that Intel could possibly have monopoly power in the PC cpu market (a fact that is glaringly obvious to anyone with a rational brain).

The most basic pillars of AMD's antitrust suit are:

A) Intel wields monopoly power, and
B) Intel abused that monopoly power.

Please, consider my reluctance to entertain your question to be an act of mercy... Given your historical inability to adopt AMD's perspective even for the sake of hypothetical discussion, the cognitive dissonance resulting from any attempt to do so might cause permanent damage to your psyche.
