Gary,

One of the recent press releases had the telephone number for Alexander Westcott, the Investment Banking Firm who is putting FAMH shares into the market on a 504 financing (that is what Alexander Westcott told me). When I called them, I thought they were very knowledgeable. I suggest you call them regarding the Reg. S status of the shares.

p.s. I'd give you the number but I can't seem to find it, but I know I got it from Friday's news release
