All of a sudden, after 8 years of you guys rooting for Bush to fail at running the country, you have your panties in a wad because a lot of conservatives want Obama to fail at taking us to socialism. Not one of us on this thread wanted Bush to fail in Iraq. That would have been very stupid and self defeating. I fought like hell not to let him invade Iraq but once there, all I could do was hope that we would get through relatively unscathed. Of course, that turned out to be wrong. We all knew that one of the guys on this thread had two sons over there as well. Wishing for Bush to fail would be wishing that his sons got killed. No one on this thread was that mean spirited. Truth is I have never seen this kind animosity for an American president by an opposing party. Now I heard things got bad with the Rs under Clinton but I have to believe they were never this bad......at least I hope not. Your leaders/pundits have become thoroughly disgusting. And it will backfire. I don't know if a third party is the answer but the GOP has some serious problems to overcome. And you all are fighting the people's president. That's a huge mistake.
