A 'should read' letter dated 4-1-09 from Senators Kaufman, Izakson, Tester, Chambliss, Levin and Spector to SEC Chairman Schapiro regarding addressing the problems of naked short selling and the uptick rule in the upcoming April 8th SEC meeting. "In the absence of a strong message from the SEC, we believe Congress will need to consider legislation that directs the SEC to do so." investigatethesec.com Hopefully, this isn't an April 1st joke.....
