Is it your claim that you have expertise in this area? I see no indication of that or any reason to think your guess has any greater merit than mine. The information I posted re: the foundation of US antitrust law is not based on guesswork. Rather, something called research, and is easily verified: The first couple paragraphs in en.wikipedia.org corroborate what I wrote. fpg
